I went to a Travel Doctor several times over a 10 year period. I asked them to inoculate me everything they had. All the travel guides at the time devoted a significant space in their guides to educate travelers about African disease. I thought I should take precautions.

However, no one has ever needed anything except Yellow Fever. I can remember being checked in KE, TZ, UG, RW, MZ and GH. Others I can't remember. I also was checked in Jamaica and other places I can't remember specifically.

I read about mbox in Kenya from the website of the local newspaper:

"This leaves the only confirmed case of Mpox in the country as the truck driver who was transiting from Uganda to Rwanda, through Kenya, about two weeks ago.

The individual, the ministry said, has made a full recovery. ".

So I would not panic about mbox, at least not yet.

It is also transmitted by sweat and airborne, so I wouldn't worry too much. In Congo they die from this thing only because the general conditions are dramatic. However, since you are a conscientious and far-sighted person, get a vaccine also for the heat, in Africa it is very hot.

I'm sorry you missed my posting on trip to Nairobi earlier this year. It expanded several pages, I've been traveling back and forward from Latin America to Africa for over 20 years on particular Kenya. I watched this country change up a whole lot. For some odd reason I never partaken in any action in Mombasa Town when I visited. I'm scheduled to be back in Kenya next month those protests and natural disasters kept me from coming. I really don't need you guys help that much when it comes to Kenya. I can easily hit the streets and ask a taxi cab or Boda boda driver about the SW scene. I noticed a lot of fake posts on this section, most of these guys make it seem like there's 100's of thousands of women giving Mzungu free sex but the truth to the matter you got guys western Union these chicks $300 weekly only just they can keep hearing their Bantu voices. Even chicks on strip chat Kenyan session will call up their simps from time to time asking them when they planning on send $150 Euros. Personally I feel sorry for those guys because they are only getting played of course those chicks will run up on you and go on a date to the mall and leave with a iPhone 12 Pro Max and a new pair of Nikes without giving up some pussy. And then these guys will brag on the internet how African women are crazy about them. I feel sorry for guys who do stupid shit like that and unfortunately Kenya have Nigerian men coming there doing stupid shit like that too.

Night action in Diani is in Half Moon (or was it Full Moon? Tandori and Manyatta. You can use motobike taxi, tuktuk or car taxi to go around, Diani is not so big place, don't worry about location.

I don't know about high end hotels, like it was said, all inclusive don't allow visitors of course because food and drinks are free.
