In a recent venture I tried a few places in Soi Bongkot, the first one I tried was a very new one that I forgot the name, but it's the one at the end of the Soi next to LE Carre Blanc.

The place is very tidy and everything look brand new, but as most places in that area the issue is the lack of talent.

The 2 decent looking ones were with customers and I was approach by a very unattractive lady in her mid 30's. The problem is that they're not only very ordinary looking, but they also lack any skills, makeup or provocative clothing.
