I didn't see any new ladies arriving at the bars after 11 pm. Only the ones who arrived around 9 pm and hung around till closing. Maybe they are starting to come early because of low season. You would know better, TGT.

I didn't go to Banana bar but did visit Ole once (as I was in the neighbourhood at Ali's BBQ. Ole bar was deserted except few bored looking girls. I chatted with one girl from Pattay. Poi poi (or something) and she explained in detail about the whole operation. I can now write a small wiki page on Rawai. LOL.

Hit one massage shop (after taking left from Larvae Bar. Good crowd here). Don't know the name. Wasn't interested in anything extra so didn't ask. However I had a question. From Ole when you head towards the beach road, I crossed a bar with lively atmosphere, lot of girls. Something called as Boompuy bar. Whats your intel here?

There is a bar called Boompuy where you mentioned, it is actually a smaller bar with maybe 5 to 6 ladies.

Perhaps the lively bar was the much larger bar called Stumble Inn next to it, it would have had 15-20 ladies, mostly 30 plus years old working there.

It's good fpr MILF's, fair service and pricing, plus it has multiple short time rooms on the premises upstairs.

Have used them more than a few times over the years.

Boompuy next door also has a short time room upstairs, and at times has had quite good younger ladies in residence, that have joined me upstairs.

Which Gogo bar are you talking about? At places like Suzy Wong's and Harem, I have been consistently hearing crazy prices, 3000 to 4000 baht for ST without LD and BF cost.

Patong? I don't think you will come across drinks only lady in Patong. Maybe as TGT said, its my mileage.

This is not a Gogo bar. AFAIK, Rawai doesn't have any Gogo bar. This is just a bar where ladies hangout during working hours.

Thanks to encouraging posts about Rawai from TGT and others, managed to squeeze in 3 nights out of 5.

TLDR Chill place with no rush, limited but good variety of super friendly women available at budget prices. Didn't see many tourists (maybe low season) and would definitely return, even if not for mongering.

A super discovery mainly thanks to encouraging reports from ThaiGoodTimes and Steve. Rawai is unlike Kata / Karon / Patong so if you are interested in partying and listening to loud banging music, don't come to Rawai. But if you would like to laze around, get few massages here and there and meet lot of friendly girls, Rawai is the place, specially if you are firang. I will get to this point later.

The main pubs / bars of Rawai that I managed to visit were within 5-7 minutes of Bolt Bike (which were super easy to get). I started my evenings playing some really bad pool with girls at Gilbis Bar who were happy to chat, engage and also get a bit up close and personal. Surprising, no one asked for lady drink and I had to ask them if they would like something to drink. Super polite and super positive attitude. Would hop over to next door Banks but felt the overall median age of ladies at this bar were on the higher side. Few stunners and spinners who didn't show much interest and later realized they were waiting for their regular firang customers. Opposite Gilbis there were two bars, full of ladies but skipped it for this time. During 11 pm, after getting some dinner at Ali BBQ, I would head over to Club Zhu bars.

Club Zhu bars or Laguna bars (pardon me if I get the name incorrect) is a cluster of 6-7 bars with girls (and did I spot a few ladyboys? I would burn the midnight oil here till about 1. 30 am and then head to Zhu nightclub for my last Chang. Laguna bars had better quality of girls than Gilbis and Banks but I felt they were looking forward to meeting firang customers, no matter how disappointed they felt when they didn't take them home. On these 3 nights I saw at least 3-5 girls throwing fits at foreigners (which included 2 Russians) who bought them drinks, got close and personal and perhaps eventually could not close on a price.

I did bar hopping at Laguna bar and found Pleasure Dome (couple of LBs), Oldtown Bar and one more bar (inner wall side next to toilet) had good friendly type of girls. Patong was usual crazy, loud and easy to score girls across from clubs, bars and tourists were at least 10 x of Rawai. Since this trip was Patong after covid, I was very surprised to see the number of Arabic / Middle Eastern folks.

It is actually linked to Club Zhu nightclub as their quieter chill, sheesha area.

The other bar name you are searching for next to the toilets on the inside wall side was Crazy Bar.

And yes, Pleasure Dome normally has the best looking and youngest workers in the complex.

The other part worth mentioning is that the freelancers start arriving at Laguna bars after 11 pm at night, hang around there for about 2 hours or so hunting for a customer, and as Laguna bars close (nearing 2 am) they then head into Club Zhu to maybe find a pickup, or take potential customers form the bars in there and hope to convert them into a ST / LT session. And as you mentioned, the girls from the other bars around the south of Rawai, as well as massage girls hit that area as well to party and relax, and if you are a handsum man, and they are in the mood, they will also be available.

TeaTree Condotel is a great setup, nice pool, nice vibe, good location.

Which massage shops did you hit during the day, I'd guess Soi Saiyuan on the beach end.

You don't mention Banana Plaza, across from Gilbis, or my favorite Ole further down the road, did you get to see them at all?

Don't bother till you are on the ground.

80% after money based meeting.
Pics (prob like yours) don't reflect current state.
Set parameters eg age, location, weight etc and stick to them.
So send initial greeting and then switch to WhatsApp / Line.
After off TF just come straight out and ask what you want.
Never accept first price. If offer is more than 2.5 k laugh in their face. Usual asking for ST is 1500/2000.
Realize the no show rate may be quite high, always have alternative plan or another meeting. Better to do outcall.
TF is just one of avenues to hunt. Quite frankly esp in Bangkok nothing beats night time hunting for less hassle. Point and shoot.

Having been to Thailand 5 times and planning my 6th I can tell you proper dates with farang that will involve sex is about zero unless you're in Thailand for an extended period of time. But these are non sex workers and your chance of sex is about zero in 1-2 dates. So if you're looking for a dinner with an English speaking and no sex I'd start 3 weeks before landing.
