I've been to most of the major tourist areas except Chiang Mai. It is difficult to give a direct price comparison because each area is a different environment with a different number of options. If trying to compare equal girl beauty, services, and price:

1. Phuket seems to be the most expensive, but also offers high percentage of attractive girls.

2. Bangkok seems 2nd most expensive girls.

3. Pattaya and many other places are about the same girl price (Samui, Hua Hin, Ao Nang, etc.).

Again, each town has different offerings. LK Metro, Soi 6 and Walking Street are all very different. Lamai and Chaweng in Samui are different. Not many options in Ao Nang or Hua Hin and they aren't the top tier girls you might find in the Phuket go go places.
