- Decent ambience (not as good as GK2) but clean and pleasant.

- Has a shared membership with AV and GK2.

- Has both NI and NE staff.

- Among the NE Staff. Vivi is nicest (petite and short); Erika is OK. I forget names, but there were also another 3 decent NE girls who provided usual SNM services and the usual prices.

Went to both IPSA and Sydney. Felt like IPSA is made for scamming. Cud see it everywhere that a woman wud go with a man and just sit and not do anything. Happened with me also.

Their staff will keep standing on the head for more orders. Avoid IPSA.

Sydney was better than IPSA. Atleast you get good service there.

I had reached a little late and hence both places were already over crowded. Best is to reach a little early when it is less crowded so that you can get good service and woman also spends tome with you.
