Arrived Dubai last night (Tuesday) and headed first to Jules and the bar was fairly scarce with nobody attractive around. Then thought about Premier again similarly scare at around 11:30 with nobody of interest around. Quite a few punters on the center tables with a few meh girls around them. I plan to go to the Iranian place in Moscow hotel tonight, can someone explain the best way to meet talent there as I found the set up very strange last time?

Just try to get a table by the main entrance. The girls all pass by there and sit close to it also. Just wave them over and them will come to you in a second. Nothing strange about the set up, typical pick up place.

I am planning to stay in DT by H in M square (this seems to be highly recommend place in this group). Could you guys suggest some easy to access high end pick up location.

I know going through SPs would probably the quickest way, but I like the thrill of picking up girl.

Although I would also welcome suggestions for some good premium agencies as well, in case things don't work out.

Rocko20 summed it up pretty well but there are several other reasons.

From my currency to AED the conversion fee is probably close to five percent. Then add ATM fees. And for mere there is no point to hold a large portion of 'red ones'.

Crypto moves well over boarders for both parties.

On top of that BTC has doubled this year. Why not spend profits on a high class escort?

I suppose if you are paying large sums like USD5 K -10 K for multiple days, travel, or group parties, maybe it makes sense not to have that kind of cash being passed around. In this case paying in advance electronically makes sense, assuming you trust them to deliver the goods.

But for sub USD1-2 K bookings, surely eating whatever ATM withdrawal fees is just far more convenient for everyone involved, no?

I only once considered paying in crypto but that was in London. ATMs there only spit out 20 pound notes, and many ATMs have very low limits of 200 pounds to start with. This can get pretty cumbersome when trying to get 800-1,000 pounds together for a decent outcall. Then multiply that by 3 or 4 if doing a few out calls over a week or extending for a couple of hours. All of a sudden I find myself spending all day just looking for ATMs, withdrawing and counting small notes. It's one of the reasons I'm not so keen on spending too much time in London these days. No such issue in the UAE. large notes, generous ATMS and exchange shops all over the place. No reason not to have easy access to cash. The best cash culture for p2p is Thailand. I went to the ATM once, withdrew the equivalent of 5000AED..

ATM/debit cards usually have a daily withdrawal limit. Credit cards have a cash advance limit. For crypto, there is no limit, and no paper trail. As we know, some mongers have relationships, and those women have access to their accounts, and said women would be asking why they are withdrawing a bunch of money in Dubai.

Personally, my debit/credit cards only work at very specific reputable ATMs abroad. Other random ATMs, it wont even accept any transactions.

Are they Arab speaking only or dabble in other languages?

If you get a room at Sarab or Broadway, you could probably get away with 300 to 400 for a shot in your room. If you want the girl to go to your room outside of the hotel, you'll need to offer at least 600 plus taxi and then she will come for an hour max. Most don't speak english at those 2 locations, google translate is your friend and in the room they all understand sex language.

I can't speak on Syrians / Iranians as I haven't had a lot of experience looking for them. I can speak on having limited time in dubai to monger. For me, I would hit up 2 places and see what I could find, probably Coochini then Ayoush.

There are streetwalkers all over that area and yes you can approach them easily. There are street walkers on SZR, in JBR, in Deira, in Bur Dubai, you name it. Of course LE clamps down on that from time to time.
