One other option I found on my last trip was to use doxycycline. It's used to prevent most STDs, but not HIV. You take 1 pill after the deed. Most street pharmacies sell it by the pill or by packs. I think 5 cost me 200 baht.......

A large number of Thai ladies in Pattaya who pay for men, so the pay scale for Thai doesn't apply to Farangs.
