A quick update from me:

Indian clubs:

I went back into Jannet last night because I find these Indian clubs fascinating compared to the other discos. I've taken 2 different thai WGs from there but I wasn't impressed with either one as their body was middle aged and service was lacking, one of them said they like indians because "they don't want long sex. " In the front of Jannat are several Uzbekistans, not Russians. One wanted 8000ST and everything condom so I declined. I plan to check out Jannate one more time and that will be it for me: too many middle aged, lip fillers, heavy makeup, single mothers, push up bras, that only want crazy prices with bad rushed service. But the music and atmosphere are awesome.

Boss Club:

Indian club, I don't care for it. I went in and wasn't impressed. Crowded as usual with various freelancers with heavy makeup, middle aged face, and push up bras.

WS Discos:

I went into 808 then later ibar / Insomnia, plenty of freelancers but could not find anything I wanted.

Myst. I gave Myst another chance and it was a disaster. Too crowded, awful layout, never going again. Stay far away from this place.

Soi 6:

Fun to be grabbed on and plenty of lookers but just not my thing. I'll try it again but usually avoid it.

WS go-go:

I went in XS and didn't like anyone I wanted. Palace continues to be my one and only favorite which is a far cry from back in the day when Sapphire, Sensations, Whats up, and various other WS go-go had amazing line ups and talent. I'll give pinup a chance again but didn't like anyone I saw.

Beach road:

Not a fan but there is a group of very fair skinned asians I've seen, I assume they're lady boys but may check it out later.

LK Metro:

Have not been in a really long time but will go again soon.

Beer bars:

Have not tried it due to constrained time. But plenty of hidden gems can be found here.

Thaifriendly/Tinder/Bumble:
Never tried TF but heard good things about it. Im using tinder and bumble but haven’t seen anything too interesting so far.

Method:

Ideally my daily method is to hit up the WS go-gos first for 1 or 2 STs, then I move on to the discos to find freelancers for ST. The right freelancer will give you far better service and pricing than the most beautiful bar girl. But for me, the right freelancer is not easy to find because many of them are unattractive. I have a list of freelancers I've met on previous trips but sadly many of them just disappear.

Observations:

I was wrong about Indians in Thailand. There are "Indian-Thais" (Indian but 2nd and 3rd generational thai) who own many of these WS clubs and are loaded, plus the Indians in these Indian clubs. I didn't fully grasp the diversity of the Indian population in Pattaya but now I better understand it.

They are not coming in droves like they did before Covid. Many bars still doing live streams and they are making money. Desire on Soi 6 is selling plenty of drinks online right now as an example. Weekends will be busy on walking street but sadly it won't be the same ever again.

I was out showing my buddy around and he was doing some shopping. I found it different how he negotiated. He would only say give me a better price instead of naming the price he was willing to pay. For me, if someone tells me 2000. I say 1000. They may say 1500, but I stay on 1000 or maybe even lower my offer to 800.

My suggestion for someone like this would be to look on Thai friendly for girls as freelancers and guess what? TThey will find out very quickly that many soi six girls are already on the APP, looking for customers after hours or when they're not working.

Agreed. Its good to visit to mark it off the checklist and for non-monger and family friendly things to do. I still need to try Koh Samui, Chang Mai, and a few others that I've heard many good things about it.

These highly successful Festival s Pattaya have all the time are great. In bringing in Thais.

2 weeks ago there was a Hate Krishna shin dig. Parade and everything.

They are reporting that the bar business is slow, while Pattaya is getting a lot of visitors they are either Thai's or others that do not visit our kind of bars. One manager told me that his visitors are also being cheap, coming to town for one longer trip rather than two but stretching their budget to what they would have spent on a shorter trip. The impact is clear, the bars are not as busy as other years and theres plenty of choice.
