It depends on what you are looking for from Tadalafil. It is a treatment for ED, and 5 MG should be a good dose for it. Are you taking it daily or just before the anticipated action? Tadalafil is tha salt name many companies manufacture it in India, it is known for a 36 hrs effect but only works when you are sexualy aroused.

5 MG is just a perfect dose to start with and I believe 99% of people will get the desired results out of it. If not can switch to 10 MG.

Dapoxetine -is a medicine makes you last long and avilable in combination with tadalafil and sildenafil. Available separately also.

Sildenafil is also tha same class of drug as tadalafil and ideally tostart with 25 MG.

Now the side effect both tadalafil and sildenafil will make your face flusing, and both will give you headache for sure. So to evade the side effects or make your body compatible to them it is adviced to start with lower dose, which will eventually gives you the desired results.

On the other hand. Dapoxetine as makes you numb and I took it few times I could feel it makes my toung and mucosa in mouth feel numb.

Finally 2 advices if you are planning yo take any of them of in combination.

Young people below 40 should avoid bcos its like addictive you will not be able to enjoy sex with out these.
