It depends on what you are looking for from Tadalafil. It is a treatment for ED, and 5 MG should be a good dose for it. Are you taking it daily or just before the anticipated action? Now the side effect both tadalafil and sildenafil will make your face flusing, and both will give you headache for sure. So to evade the side effects or make your body compatible to them it is adviced to start with lower dose, which will eventually gives you the desired results.
