I can answer this one. This works almost anywhere.

Go to Thailand. Plan on spending 3 to 6 months. Go away from the tourist areas, far away. Find an area that is the local economic equal of your own standard of living. Settle down and start being friendly learn some of the language, get to know your neighbors. You'll start getting to know the local women and you can find one you connect with.

How did they get to be girlfriends if he did not click with them? Probably because you do not look for relationships the same as you do not look for friendships. Like you said, they just happen. The first day of class you can not look for friends. 30 kids and certain ones just naturally gravitate to each other. You can not walk around to everyone asking if they will be your friend, the same as you can not walk around asking women if they would like to be in a relationship with you.

When I met my girlfriend, she was doing shit that I appreciated and I must have been doing stuff that she liked (I do not give her money). We are in Vietnam now and just finished at a buffet She was sitting down eating and I got to the table and asked where the utensils were. All I needed her to do was point, but she stopped eating and got up and went across the room to get them for me. She is the definition of a help meet.

It can be done, but you need a lot of luck. It will also take time. Stay away from bar girls and try your luck with Thai Friendly. Be quick to move on if you sense she is in it only for the money. Met a guy last trip who moved to Thailand looking for a long term relationship and planning on living in Thailand. After seven months he was going back home. He had gone through several girlfriends and couldn't find one he clicked with. I would tell you go and enjoy yourself and not worry about long term relationships. If it happens it happens.

Why I value ISG and those who post useable intelligence on it!

I met a ISG Brother tonight. He invited me for an excellent diner. Then he showed me a massage place and introduced me his girl that gives an excellent massage. He then showed me two hotels in the area and gave me the thumbs up on one and thumbs down on the other. This is why I give to ISG. Because I have met so many of my fellow ISG brothers that have helped me along this journey to achieve competence in the International Trickin game.

A collective thanks to all the ISG brothers out there who have contributed to my growth (you know who you are) I hope this is a reminder that there so much more positivity to be gained by cooperation than by confrontation. To all that have given me a complement publicly or privately. Thank you! It is the fuel that drives me to continue providing usable intelligence on having sex with girls. Even the most devastating bomb cannot achieve its objective without accurate targeting information. I appreciate my ISG brothers that understand the concept.

Huh? This website is not the Thai government

Thailand does not want to openly attract more young girls from the province to work in the sex industry in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket for example. For the life of me, I can't figure out your logic on this. Alas, you might be able to answer these questions, but I am sure you will skip over the other ones in my post below very conveniently LOL.
The purpose of "this entire website" has nothing to do with what the Thai government wants. Quite the opposite. The presumed purpose of "this entire website" is for the very reason you post reports and guidance for how, where and for how much to get sex in exchange for money or for free around the globe, Thailand included.

Also, to get it without getting ripped off, overpaying too much, getting too little for the money and, here it comes, without suffering potential legal consequences.

And to the end of the latter, purpose, falsely claiming that the simple act of consenting adults exchanging sex for money in Thailand is illegal runs counter to what "this entire website" is about. By contrast, substantiating that the act of prostitution between consenting adults is not illegal in Thailand serves the purpose of this website quite well.

Yes, if you want to read word after word after word from the Thai government trying to "prevent" and / or "suppress" an act they can not bring themselves to simply state is a crime in order to counter exactly the presumed purpose of "this entire website", meaning ISG and not the Thai government, but are hoping rumor and innuendo will do it for them, I direct you to The Thai Penal Code, The Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act and virtually every post on "this entire website" stating casually or arguing repeatedly the false claim that "Prositution is Illegal in Thailand".

My favorite one of all time is the guy who thought he bought an elephant farm and was going to work there everyday as if he really was the owner. The bar girl had told the people at the elephant sanctuary that the guy would be coming to do volunteer work everyday, before she ran off with the money that he handed over to her to buy the place.

Well, you did not really present 1 substantiated fact on your side of the discussion.

Anyways, so here is the guy "me" listing all the laws that say prostitution is illegal and now the debate has shifted to it being a relevant topic for the Pattaya threads, yet no rebuttals from you about the clear logic and facts I presented. You said you wanted someone to point out what laws make prostitution illegal in Thailand. I laid it all out on a silver platter for you and everyone else. So can you prove to me that these laws I quoted still make prostitution legal in Thailand?

The only answers I got from you is that how could it be illegal if thousands of Isaan girls come to work in this trade every year so how could it be illegal. What about gambling? Its illegal in Thailand yet thousands of people risk it each day and participate in it. Or if the government made it illegal it would be bad for tourism. That makes no sense for proving that Im wrong. Illegal immigration was allowed to happen in the US for years. As you know Tooms, it's Thailand. You know as well as anyone else that it is tolerated. The Thai government knows they cant stop it. Read what I said about why people get busted. Why are there crackdowns in Thailand? Because someone got hurt and lost face. Or the country lost face. Look at my examples. You can't deny it. Its also illegal in Thailand to falsify documents to get a visa in Thailand, yet thousands of visa agents each year process initial non- O visa applications based on retirement without the foreigner having the 800,000 Baht in the bank. Thousands of foreigners open companies in Thailand with nominee Thai shareholders, only a handful get caught out of thousands. Because these illegal activities happen so often and are allowed or tolerated for obvious reasons, does that make them legal now. Hell no !!! Does it make sense to you now? I will make it even simpler. The answer is, its Thailand. End of story.

So if you cant present clear arguments refuting my claim that prostitution is illegal in Thailand by quoting Thai law, then its the same as you saying nobody can prove to you its illegal. However, I have just done that. So, I can now say that nobody has been able to show me one Thai law that says prostitution is legal lol.

Prove to me that if someone breaks one of these laws from section 5, 6 or 7 that its not illegal or not prostitution. Can you do that ?

Why does this act exist if prostitution is legal ? Answer that can you? Do the Thais just write laws for the sake of writing them, but never enforce them. Maybe. The reality in Thailand is some laws are selectivity enforced. Vaping is illegal right ? Walk into a soi 6 bar or club on walking street. See how many girls and guys are vaping? Does that make it legal ?

    Game set match !

Anyways always a pleasure Tooms. However I much prefer commenting on your mongering posts and very much enjoy reading them as well over this kind of stuff. Philip will be next lol. I saw him online no doubt reading my post. He is like a busy beaver trying to find info to challenge my claims. All the power to him. I welcome it.
While you have not presented 1 substantiated fact, quote, sentence, phrase, word or syllable from the Thai Penal Code, The Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act or any other legally enforceable edict to support your claim that consenting adults exchanging sex for money is a crime in Thailand and have only repeated unsubstantiated anecdotes about this or that qualifier and tangential behavior related to the act of prostitution being a crime, here is my evidence to refute your side and support my side of it on those same terms:

    1. Every fact, quote, sentence, phrase, word and syllable in the Thai Penal Code, The Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act and any other legally enforceable edict that does NOT state or suggest that consenting adults exchanging sex for money is a crime. Which happens to be 100% of them.

    2. The number of arrests, indictments and convictions for customers for or providers of the act of consenting adults exchanging sex for money in Thailand without any of those qualifiers or tangential behaviors being the actual charges since the beginning of time. Which happens to be exactly 0/ zero.

A single reading of The Thai Penal Code, The Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act and every other Act submitted by anyone here or elsewhere trying to convince the world that something that does not exist really does exist makes it abundantly clear that Thais write laws pertaining to prostitution solely for the purpose of preventing the country from appearing to condone it as a legitimate business rather than a discrete and personal decision between consenting adults, it being publically flaunted or openly and shamefully advertised, creating a public nuisance in the process of selling sex for money, disturbing the peace in that same endeavor, etc such that it makes the country lose Face and look bad with regard to moral judgement, to prevent traffickers, pimps, recruiters and other third parties who do not perform or provide the service from profiting from it, unless that person is financially dependent on the income of the "gee, lookie here, I guess it IS legal to engage in Prostitution after all" prostitute, someone being forced into it, engaging in it with people under the designated legal age and so on.

All of the Codes, Acts and edicts ever written illustrate as clear as daylight that Thailand goes to almost comical extremes to AVOID stumbling into so much as a three word phrase that might be misunderstood by anyone to mean "Prostitution Is Illegal" in Thailand.

    Enjoyed it, EThai!

Yes. You can't go right and can't go left. You literally answered your own question mate. You are actually selfish to think an educated Thai lady who is attractive will be with you without being allowed to see you in the US and with only you coming Thailand at your convenience. I would go as far to say that this idea of yours is a very selfish one and a little ridiculous. A fantasy of yours at best.

Allowing repeated claims by new and different "guides" to go unchallenged is only contributing to significant nonsense and blather everywhere in the Thailand forums. Hardly a moot point. Hardly a useless exercise to challenge it every time it is asserted.

One obvious example: How many hundreds of thousands of hot young province girls choose not to risk a "life of crime" in the business because they and their family have fallen for the ongoing effort in and out of the legal community to create the false impression that consenting adults exchanging money for sex is a crime in Thailand?

If prostitution in Thailand is legal, why is there a whole written law about prostitution describing all the specific situations?.
