Diet is a big one. Food sign arginine can triggering outbreak in foods high in lysine can help prevent them. Nuts are very high in arginine it should be avoided especially for a few years after one's initial outbreak when the body is still trying to learn how to control the virus. Yeah I know all that stuff. I was using Lysine for a while. It didn't seem to make any difference. And I adjusted my diet too. And I quit drinking 6 years ago. But I was still getting bad outbreaks. So I just settled in to a few years of taking acyclivor. But I've just learned about ginger being effective against the herp so I'm going to boost my use of that and try and cut the pills down a bit.

It's weird, I find myself not too concerned about std's anymore because of my old age, but also because I can't seem to be able to get myself back Thailand to even partake in any risky behavior. Life is fucked up man. Either I got all the time in the world, but no cash. And when I have a little spare cash, I ain't got the time to fly. FML. This is South East Asia we're talking about. There's just certain things that are done in certain ways and it never changes. Boner pills are easy to buy at pharmacies in Pattaya. I just bought a box of 50 Kamagra for 1000 baht at a pharmacy.

Its almost upsetting that HIV is even still a concern with things like PReP. Its effectiveness is in the same ballpark as condoms and nearest I can tell side effects are so rare and mild I've seen more warnings on asprin. If we got this stuff used by most people AIDs would be wiped out in a few decades.
