Let's see what it takes for me to get though my day and is it really miserable. Foot massage 200 THB, Thai Massage 200 THB, Oil Massage 300 THB. Those are the prices for one hour. Transportation: Baht Bus 10 THB; Bolt 100 - 200 THB; New Balance shoes 3500 THB for walking to my destination. For exercise everyday I walk along the beach (which by the way is 10 minute walk from where I lay my head on most nights). The place I lay my head each night costs me 1500 THB for electricity on average and 400 THB for water each month. One of my favorite meals (Farang Food) is 365 THB plus 35 THB tip.

Just one example: A restaurant in the building I live is the same as having a personal chef and a staff to serve me. When I make a new order the Chef will come to my table and go over all of the ingredient in the new dish (something very important for a person with food allergies) along with how the dish will be prepared. There is not a culture of tipping where I am. I am always pleasantly received and well remembered because of my pleasant personality (and my tips).

The amounts some consider to be a waste or that I throw around are insignificant to me. But 50 - 100 THB can buy a person two lunches here.

Thailand is your best bet. I'll always say Thailand cause that's what I know best, but I do believe it's the whole package. Not as cheap as the Philippines or Indonesia or Vietnam, but since you're thinking long term, a month's travel, then spread over that time, Thailand becomes the best value for money. It's easily the safest of all the countries in your list, and the food is the cheapest, and you'll be able to find very affordable accommodations. And the per hour cost average for girls will be on par if not better than the other countries. I wouldn't recommend bar girls then cause that's gone up in price these days, nana, cowboy, etc. the barfine cost itself has gone up a fair bit as I understand it. I'd stick to the soapies, not the oilies. Or better yet, visit Phuket. I've only ever done Bangkok, but based on all the reports, Phuket is on average cheaper.

Don't worry about any communication issues. I know the Philippines, everyone speaks ok English, while in Thailand almost no one speaks good english, but we ain't there to have stimulating conversation with anyone. We're there to fuck babes, and the only language you need for that is cash.

Granted, chemisty is important, even for 1 hour sessions, but believe it or not, you can establish if the chick will have good chemistry with you even if she don't speak a word of english. If she's a nice person, chemistry is already 50 percent there. Learn a few phrases of Thai, be nice to her, and bam! You'll have a good time.

It is a classic Wall Street tale. Unless you're very familiar with Asians, I think you should be more worried.
