I would personally stay away from websites that you don't have to pay for in Peru, maybe find some brothels around there. Don't forget to just go up to women who you like and talk to them, assuming you are fit and take care of yourself haha otherwise you can check out Seeking Arrangements for cusco but the membership isn't cheap (though worth it if you travel alot).

That's going to be a challenge especially with not knowing Spanish but yeah I suppose that's an approach. Someone mentioned a hotel here having gringo parties? That gives possibilities?

On last way is, you buy the local new paper mostly sol del Cusco. You go to the couple last pages and find advertisements, under especiales you will find descriptions with numbers this by far is a roll of dice, how ever in personal experience you can really really get a good roll. Like a couple of co eds from Brazil and Argentina.

Wow Cusco is so dry that the last post before this one is from 2019.

There are maybe 5 girls on SA who logged in this year. Total desert.

There are some cheap chongos, bargain basement low quality with old and / or ugly women.

I didn't get laid here at all.

Do you think the place Cusco has lost it monging trade too? (to the NGOs of cource).

Thanks for chiming in. The hostess at my AirBnb, a Cusco native, was just telling me today how things were different in Cusco, just 10 years (though we didn't touch on vices for obvious reasons.) TBH, I wouldn't recommend a tourist coming here to practice their hobby.

I am from North America and lived and worked in Cusco for two years from 2011-2013, albeit ten years ago, and doubt much has changed relative to available and willing chicas. At one time, I was told by local guys that there used to be a lot of action around Plaza de Armas and nearby discos and late night clubs, which happened later in the evening. However, the city fathers and mothers endeavored to clean that up, which resulted in a desert for mongerers. There used to be a berdelo of sorts outside the city but the talent there was woeful.

There is no Dating App that I could recommend.

There are websites like Tinder, LatinAmericanCupid and others similar, also there are Apps like SeekingArrangement, Glambu and a lot of others. I, personally, have not had particularly good luck with SA, I've had better luck with Glambu, but there are lots of fellow forists here that have experienced the opposite.

I think that, with Dating Websites and Dating Apps, not being fluent in Spanish is a serious hindrance. Also, not being familiar with the cultural bias of Latin American girls ussually leads to missreading each other's intentions and expectations, which is why I give you, foreign people, a low probability (60%) of securing GFE form a girl found at a Dating App. Still, 60% is better than none and you could get lucky, but I don't think different Apps make a difference there.

1. If what you want is GFE, the dating Apps are the place to look, it's a hit-and-miss scenario but you could be lucky, I'd say it is a 60/40 chance (in your favor). But finding girls in dating Apps is time consuming and your limited Spanish skills are an added hindrance, besides, you could be unlucky and lose not only your money but also your only night in Lima. Still it is an option and the cost will be in the US 65 / US /80 range, although it could get as high as US 120.

2. You can try the ad-sites (photokinesiologas-dot-com, kinestops-dot-com etc.). Chances of hitting pay-dirt are again 60/40, this time against you, assuming you choose among the "verified" girls; your chances go down to 20/80 if you try non verified girls. Your lack of Spanish skills will be a limitation again and, if you really want GFE, ad-sites are not the best place to find that. This includes the girls who work at apartments (which you also find in the ad-sites).
