For a newbie you can start with spa and get the contacts of the girls. You really do not have ask because spa are easy and legit places. For clean spas go to GK and DC, for less clean spas go to Lajpat and Rajouri. You can get some bad experiences but that is part of game and possible in all circumstances. Get down at New Delhi metro station and walk in the direction of the Road. After crossing the big intersection, you will see many sharing e-rickshaw (don't take personal e-rickshaw as pimps will approach you throughout the road). While in the rickshaw, you will see shop numbers on the right side in ascending order 40's, 50's, 60's. Take a drop when you cross 50's. While in the alley where there are entrances to kothas (brothels), you will see one marked as 64. It has a paan-smoke shop exactly in front.

You can also get down at Chawri metro and take a personal e-rickshaw and ask him to take from market lane, which run parallelly behind the main road. You can also walk in this lane after getting down at either of the metro station and reach 64 without being bothered by pimps or LE.

Your first test after reaching the entrance will be at the ground floor. There are two sections (left and right) at the ground floor. Both have old ladies standing ready to grab you hand / clothes and force you inside. The trick to bypass them is to move very fast and get on the staircase to the 1st floor.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors all have two sections each and are safe. Avoid 2nd floor sections because it has Indian milfs type ask for tips above the usual fixed charges once you are inside the room. 3rd floor sections are the best amongst all with good looking girls with decent nature.

I have been to #64 many times. Take the metro and get off at the kamla nagar exit (at the new Delhi station metro). Outside the exit take a cyle rickshaw. He will take you to #64 directly. Pay 20-30 bucks. I'd advise wearing a mask or even goggles so you can avoid eye contact with touts. Anyways once you reach #64 which is towards the end of the road, just take the stairs and go all the way to the top. Avoid the brothels on the ground and first floors. Go straight to the top one.
