I've been to Scandallo several times over 2 separate trips, and having "worked" all over the world, Scandallo still remains one of my favorite satellite offices. There are definitely cheaper in SP. Clinicas and boates are discussed most on this forum since that's the sweet spot for most guys who travel long distance to get to SP. You can have a quick fuck for $8 in a trash prive. Search for prive on the forum. I listed a bunch of them in a post a few month ago. It depends on your comfort level. Rio is probably a bit cheaper than Sao Paolo. There are some very cheap option in Sao Paolo as well. In rio you can look at Vill Mimosa and the centro prives. In Sao Paolo, there are the "trash" areas which are buildings of hookers. Go to gp-guia and have a look around.
