I've done the 3-some deal a few times, but prefer one on one. Just on the basis of my own experience, I would suggest hitting the small bars on Soi Cowboy (such as Toy Bar, Moonshine, Jungle Jim's). Also the beer garden bars on Soi 7. These joints don't have 20 or 30 or more dancers, so the girls know each other quite well and tend to have closer friendships. My limited experience tells me you have a good chance of arranging a small group grope. I wasn't answering the original query, I was putting a proceed with caution addendum to your generalised answer that you'll get a 'great' threesome in MP's simply because they advertise '4 hands massage'. If you actually bothered to read my response correctly I already say if you are going the MP route, try Tulip or Snow White as they are reknowned for PSE experience. Again the original member did not specify what he was after, one person's idea of a great threesome will be very different to another.

For me, I hate to say it, but the best place for me for this was always Pattaya. I paid 2 girls 10,000 baht each. They basically did anything and everything for the entire night and again 2 or three times the next day. When I mean anything and everything, I literally mean that. Easy to arrange in a go go bar. Girls often suggest it themselves when they have a friend with whom they are comfortable doing it. ElectroMan, my good sir. Asking a working girl in Thailand for a test report? Hoping an agency will do that? I don't know dude. This is Thailand, and it's not really a thing. It's always going to be a risk in Thailand, about as much as in Europe. You've done all you can do. But since it's Thailand, and if you've got the cash, and if you can keep an eye on the chick every day as she's with you, you can feasibly arrange a multi day booking with a girl. Almost all of them will do it, since it means cash. Have her tested at the beginning of the first day of booking, and then fuck her to your hearts content until the last day. But I would say if you're going to hobby, then the risk of std's are going to be par for the course. It is what it is.
