Just continue one pill daily at same time for next 28 days. You can consume the entire 30 pills also in 30 days, no problem. As you have started Viropil within 72 hours, more specifically within 48 hours, you are totally safe. Do not worry. PEP will only fail if you miss some dosage. PEP is fully effective if you take it daily at the same time. After completion the course (atleast six weeks after comoletion of the course, that is 10 weeks from now), you may test yourself for HIV 1 and 2, blood test costs 300 to 400 rupees.
