Sorry, no idea. Is it just mobile data / internet that does not work inside for you, or is it that your phone does not get a signal at all?

Listing network operators would still show you what other operators are available, if any, and thus what other simcards you can try, but not so easy to know if their signal will be any stronger than what you already have.
Google translate lets you download the languages for later offline use, though not as good as when online, works well enough for text usually.
