Take a bus, or the train or whatever. I get it I guess, there is something to be said about just sitting at the beach and taking it easy. But there's so much to see and do in Thailand. I don't know dudes, it really feels like you guys don't know how lucky you are.

I note the pics I posted here on 27 April have been taken down, presumably by the mods. No reason was given, though it would be nice if I was told what the problem was!

There was another poster here (the guy with the savior complex) who objected to my pics, and made a few posts complaining about them. Is that why my pics were removed?

I have posted hundreds of many similar pics over the years since I joined the forum, and as far as I am aware none of my previous pics or posts, have been taken down.

I understand and accept that the mods have the right to take down posts and pics, but frankly, as no reason was given, it seems pointless for me to waste my time posting any more pics on the forum if they are going to be taken down without any reason given, or any explanation.

Any thoughts or comments about this from other posters?

I'm submitting my thoughts / comments to the "rants" subforum although I'm not optimistic that they will be accepted. LOL.

My thoughts are it's a pity. Several others and I supported you against some of those that complained, but I see my tiny post of support has also been taken down now without explanation, though not before an old contributing member here saw it and messaged me in private that they agreed things are going downhill here.

Maybe it's the age of wokeness reaching ISG too. My impression is that before, when it was mostly Jason who was moderating, one could speak more freely, and people had thicker skin too. You could call an ass for an ass, and as long as the majority of your post made sense, and was not simply a 5-year old shouting names, your post would remain.

Simply deleting posts without giving any reason is rather rude imo.
