Spice board was great like a couple of years or so ago. There used to be a girl Miss Z who had an 8/10 face and a 10/10 body. First experience was similar to what you wrote, but next time she asked me to take basic package at reception and pay her 3. 5 K in hand which I did and I managed to FK her hard. If I remember correctly, even in the peak monsoon last years, Spas were open and functional. And you are right, traffic will be less and you may even be able to negotiate a better discount if you play it cool.

Peak monsoon in Kochi as a tourist is no fun though, there will be water logging in many areas and traffic might snarl. Best way to commute will be Metros which will be unaffected. So book a Hotel walking distance away from the Metro and same with Spa. Rajis place will be 500-600 m walk from Milk Rice Circle Metro Station, so you could walk.
