I was never bitching and moaning about Travel. So he obviously wasn't referring to me. And I am getting my BBFS daily from new girls each day. The point of the forum is to post about our experiences, that is why it is called "Jakarta Reports" and that is what I do, I contribute to the board about my experiences and information to help other mongers.

Long time silent lurker on this forum. Have visited twice now, I may point out the below which I have found useful or rather noticed about Jakarta.

1. way different from other South East nations like Philly and Thai, it's a Paradise, thank god.

2. Fraction of girls better than those of boys which is a sight in itself (for me atleast).

3. They are open minded liberal, easy to talk to. Most girls have no attitude, this makes them a possible pick up target.

4. As a city not much to do, even neighboring burrows not interesting, dirty populated smoky and less developed. Walking is tough.

5. As you go southwards things get better cleaner and more posh.

6. Smaller bars are really noteworthy, music is good.

7. Classic Travel 1001 emporium Kota inda kelpa gading CJs Bats and many more are some of the most interesting options.

8. Spa's are doable.

9. Fewer scams & LB's make it more attractive.

10. Great scope in online talent.

11. Poor connectivity, hope it stays this way.

12. Food is delicious, some street restaurants are to die for.

13. One doesn't need a local to enjoy.

14. Girls are horny and enjoy it more than men, yes I have been with a few, they are called keepers.

15. Less greedy don't mind the odd experiment and no Tabboo.

I also find the music too loud these days even if the beat per se is catching. In the old days I would get high asap and find a spot on the dance floor where the music was not too hard on the eardrums. Such a spot could be found in large discos like Stadium and Millenium.

The way around these nuisances these days is to arrive early. Classic for instance has a decent line-up at 2 pm on most days, and the smoke and loud music only start for good around 4 pm if I'm not wrong.

The lack of a 100% full line-up when coming early is more than offset by two things as far as I'm concerned: 1) less smoke and loud music 2) less men and I being the girl's first client of the day.

I'm not squeamish but going with a girl who's been fucked bareback by 5 geezers already is a turn-off.

It's kind of puzzling as a long term Jakarta resident listening to this latest cohort of global roosters and their preoccupation with BBFS. Half of you are here because you can't get what you used to be able to get in Thailand and Phils anymore. Yet you all seem to be hell bent on sending Jakarta down the same path by blabbing constantly about it for all the world to know about. Then in the next post you are bitching and moaning about not being able to get it at places like Travel anymore. ? Wouldn't a little common sense suggest it might be something you manage discreetly so as to preserve the future enjoyment of all of us?

Very rarely do I see people smoking here unless it's some pathetic old man. On rare occasion will you see a working girl in a club with a cigarette. You're 100% wrong on this.

We seem to see things from a binary opposite viewpoint then, but each to their own. The non smokers I've come across (both guys and girls) have been the small exception rather than the rule.

Funnily enough I have been to Jakarta but I think that was probably 2006 when I was a sprightly 30 year old. From my recollection at the time it was all about the spas and Blok M! I cared a lot less about reeking of smoke and loud techno back then!

It didn't seem so till I went way back in your posting history where I saw that. But yeah it was different then. Travel was around in 2006, as was the big kahuna Stadium, but Blok M was a viable must do area to visit. All featuring lots of smoke, and that particular Kota techno style. Speaking of techno, and Stadium:

I love that Kota Techno shit with the repetitive boinky beats. . I even point my index fingers in the air alternating hands to the beat. It's catchy.

If you search for the many different Spotify playlists of "Stadium Jakarta" you'll get an idea of what ruled in the 1998 to 2014 period. The DJ from that club is constantly playing those songs in other venues to this day. Recognising one of these songs, and saying to someone clubbing over the age of about 35 "Stadium Song!" will get a very very positive response. The place was a cultural phenomenon. XXL is probably the only regular poster here now who will remember. Many in Jakarta haven't forgotten. Since the demise of the super clubs for want of a better word, Kota techno / dangut has taken over the northern club lands. The smoke however persists. What kind of smoke, well.

Well gays can be great sources of hot girls in Indonesia, apparently. To confuse the stats round here, I actually have a preference for Travel over Classic. Both aren't hang out places for me though, more like a special forces strike. Get in, acquire target, execute, gather intelligence, call for extraction. Luckily it's pretty clear who is friend or foe in there (or gay or straight).

Do you kiss in the room? One time, mamasan bought over two girls to me, and I showed them this question, and I kid you not, both looked really confused at each other, then at me, then at each other. I tried to ask the same question in many different forms, and it led nowhere. I can understand if they said 'No' - they just didn't understand what I was saying, even though it was literally written in black and white on my phone. From your side, This was a very typical error for somebody who never learned a foreign language. Next time make sure to use vocabulary where meaning and literal meaning are identical. "Large" is only a politically correct word for fat. The literal meaning of "large" is big. This is why mammy showed you tall girls. The same misunderstanding would have happened to you in Spain or Holland.

How much did you spend with the girls?

The one in T2 was a. 200 k tip which is the high end and the one in T5 didn't ask for any tip. But I did give her 100 k which is what it is supposed to be. I honestly prefer my civvies where it's expected and included rather than an upcharge.

Kids chain smoke in the country. You haven't heard really loud AND really annoying music until you've been hit with Kota techno or whatever it is they play up there. There will be no escape, especially in the places popular at present to discuss here.

All these abysmal reports about Travel, coupled with a few outliers who managed to have good experience ... they almost compel me to give it a go. I will expect the worst, but try to be my most charming, and hope for the best.

What's the earliest it's worth going there?

I saw a lot of talent in Travel and Classic but I just don't like the idea of being on a timer. With the success I had with Michta and Lokasari girls. Just never felt the need to partake in either of those places. I went around 11 pm to both and the talent was already starting to run dry altho there were still plenty of goers.
