Late last year report on Jarkarta.

Checked out 3 places, emporium, classic and 1001 pool.

Classic: Was really disappointed in this one because of how hyped it is. I spent all night in T2 checking the place out and did not find any ladies pretty enough to room with. I am by far a quality over quantity guy and because how cheap Jakarta is for this hobby, even the quality options would be considered the budget options in other countries. It was also way too smoky and the mamasans are way too aggressive, giving you little freedom of movement and choice until you put your foot down.

Emporium: Half the price of 1001 pool as you get both the pool experience and bedroom experience for a single price. However the choices of ladies left much to be desired. I came in with only a dozen ladies available for selection and none of them were worth taking. I left disappointed.

1001 Pool: The only place worth going to, out of the 3. There was a large selection of ladies, maybe 50 or more with an additional selection of 20 or so VIP foreign beauties. My opinion is that the foreign girls are not worth taking at all, they are all older (mid 30's) and you can easily find better options in said countries of origin. They are mainly koreans, central asians and russians. The local selection is the best I've encountered in Jakarta so far, easily counting 4-5 girls that I actually like on each of the 2 days I visited. And I am picky.

Day 1 girl I spent only on the 1 HR room option and while she was spunky and fun, she did not like DATY nor being touched downstairs so it reduced the experience for me significantly as I enjoy pleasing. Day 2 girl I got was very cute and told me she was 23. I got the pool + room option as I figured the relaxed, teasing time in the pool will help out in the bedroom and I was correct. She was aggressive and kept on giving me handies while still in the pool. In the bedroom I gave her DATY until she finished and then went on to FS.

As a sidenote, girls in Jakarta look really young and I find it problematic. I am not interested in teenagers and would like my options to be solidly 20 years old and above.

Anyone know of any establishment that has better quality girls than 1001 pool? Or is that still the best in class for quality / looks?

Yes, 20 years ago the scene was larger. Not so much better on a venue-for-venue basis, but larger. 60% of the venues are no more. I don't think this happened because of spoilage by sex tourists. It was caused by repeated crack-downs carried out under the banner of the war on drugs. Stadium was closed after a drug squad undercover cop (!!) died of an overdose inside Stadium. A couple of years before that one Stadium girl told me: "people high up in the government know about what is going on in Stadium and they want to close the place". Was that girl exaggerating in supposing the Indonesian government hadn't other fishes to fry than disco brothel Stadium? Maybe not, especially since a female (Megawati Sukarnoputri) was head of State between 2001 and 2004, when things began slowly to go downhill.

The reason the Jakarta scene is still so good in spite of it having shrunk to 40% its former size is that it was so large in the first place. It went down from a sky-high baseline and there's still enough left of it for it to look great compared to other places in SEA.

Here are my quick two cents on the current topic de jour. Take the advice, ignore it, ridicule me. Do with it what you will.

I think OS's point is a pattern many of us who have been around a while and seen about how a destination goes from being "awesome" to "being shit" and "not like it used to be. ".

You see many laments on places like Thailand, Philippines, Colombia, etc that it is not like it used to be as it is overrun with people paying outrageous tips or how the ladies attitudes and service levels have changed.

Indonesia is one of the last places on Earth that hasn't been overrun and gone to shit.

But the activity in here has certainly increased significantly over the past year or so and there is one topic that keeps coming up. This attracts a certain attention to a destination that is almost never good for its viability long term as an "awesome" destination.

I would just submit one quick point to those that continue to advertise BB as vociferously as they do. Just because something is a certain way today and is "awesome," doesn't mean it will stay that way forever. I think some of you are essentially posting against your own interests and what you like the most. In their attempt to spite others for the gentle admonishment, they are actually spiting their own long term self interests.

Ah well. It is what it is. I fully expect this post to not hit the way it was intended and to possibly be met with more spite. I can't control that.

But the younger posters here will eventually be older. Their appearance, game and financial situation may change. Life, health and appearance may affect their ability to get what they want. And they may eventually become a poster like me that is gently saying you may want to tone it down a bit. Not for my interest, but your own. You have a lot more mongering runway ahead of you than I do.

What about the huge resort complex at Ancol?

I've already been there with my girlfriend to Dunia Fantasia (Indonesia's Six Flags) and just this last Sunday we went to the water park called Atlantis. I had an absolute blast riding all the waterslides, my favorite was the skybox waterslide where the floor drops out from under you and you free fall into the waterslide tube. We were literally there all day until it closed.

Next we are going back there to check out the SeaWorld Aquarium.

So how is there nothing to do?

Long time silent lurker on this forum. Have visited twice now, I may point out the below which I have found useful or rather noticed about Jakarta.

1. way different from other South East nations like Philly and Thai, it's a Paradise, thank god.

2. Fraction of girls better than those of boys which is a sight in itself (for me atleast).

3. They are open minded liberal, easy to talk to. Most girls have no attitude, this makes them a possible pick up target.

4. As a city not much to do, even neighboring burrows not interesting, dirty populated smoky and less developed. Walking is tough.

5. As you go southwards things get better cleaner and more posh.

6. Smaller bars are really noteworthy, music is good.

7. Classic Travel 1001 emporium Kota inda kelpa gading CJs Bats and many more are some of the most interesting options.

8. Spa's are doable.

9. Fewer scams & LB's make it more attractive.

10. Great scope in online talent.

11. Poor connectivity, hope it stays this way.

12. Food is delicious, some street restaurants are to die for.

13. One doesn't need a local to enjoy.

14. Girls are horny and enjoy it more than men, yes I have been with a few, they are called keepers.

15. Less greedy don't mind the odd experiment and no Tabboo.

For what it's worth in my one trip (albeit 2 months long) that I had to Thailand last year, I found that BBFS was readily available through the Thai Friendly app particularly in Pattaya. Virtually every girl I pulled from TF did it. I met my good friend SubCmdr in person while I was there and over drinks at some place he called the bus bar and he too has similar experience using TF, so I think you can still find what you want in Thailand you just have to look in the right places. Of course Thailand is more expensive than Jakarta but it does have a certain charm about it. I felt like Pattaya was a beach town where everyday felt like vacation whereas Jakarta feels more like a real city with regular people and less tourists.

A post about BBFS imploring others to not make posts about BBFS?

Going back many pages, this started when there were several posts claiming that BBFS was virtually assured by offering a 100 to 200 k tip in certain venues. Then another group of posts came stating that BBFS was not granted in these venues. And at least one poster claimed that they were forced to take a CBJ, much less hitting the holy grail raw. The BBFS virtually assured group then advised that you need to suss out the girl for her BBFS vibe beforehand or that you need to use Don Juan skills in the room to make it happen more reliably. Some may think that is the wrong approach and I concur with the potential downsides. To each his own how they get what they want. There was a time before Google became a crutch for every function of life. Most mongers who couldn't speak local language relied on a simple skill of using gestures and pantomimes to communicate without having to speak in local language. Kiss, blow job and fuck are some of the easiest tasks to get across to a provider via gesture. Best not to depend on tech and always have a manual backup.
