Posts: 467If you go to the online forum, they will say all races or no (you pick the race) customers of that type.

Brix is higher end, but there are deals to be had. If you want top star, you will pay top star prices. But there are some on the edges looking to make hotel rent and a little extra and can be had. I've had one or two for $300 SGD from Brix before so it's just a matter of how the lady feels about you.

Posts: 71Hi, thank you so much for these insights. I understand they are bars and have working ladies in them. However, can anyone kindly please provide more details on the following?

- Brix appears to be more high end in terms of cost?

Posts: 467Flyboy 2000 thanks. I've been reluctant to try WeChat since it's supposedly tied to PRC. But I'll give it a shot. I think Telegram used to be able to do that as well if I'm not mistaken.

Posts: 454Brix is its own unique thing, I've never seen another hotel bar like it in Singapore, but that doesn't mean there are not WLs at the bars of upscale hotels. They may or may not be highly noticeable, but I have found WeChat works very well if you log on and choose to show (and be seen by) 'people nearby'. In my experience a lot to WLs are quick to connect with guys who are nearby on WeChat. I've had success on that front with WLs who were in the bars of the Hilton and some others I can't recall right now.

Posts: 71Hi DrB, thank you for bring this topic up. I am going to be in Singapore in a few weeks. I have read that since Orchard Towers have been closed down, Brix and Ipanema are the two places to go. I also ready that Brix had a younger but more expensive crowd. Like you, I was hoping to get some confirmation that those two bars a good place to meet "ladies".

Lurkers, I've been to Singapore many times and normally wind up staying at the Grand Hyatt. Made things simple for me with having to just go down stairs and pick out a treat for the evening. But for this trip, company has me staying at the Conrad near Orchard. I must admit, I never knew that there was one over in that area and it looks close to the normal spots, Lucky Plaza and then a hop over to Brix. But looking at the web page, it looks like it has a nice hotel bar or lounge.
My questions to all are has anyone ever had any luck there with the pick up at the bar? I guess I'm wondering that overall how is the hotel bar scene or does Brix have that market cornered? Really hate that OT has closed, but I guess that's progress. I know my question probably should have been in the Conrad thread, but doesn't look like many folks are active there.
Any inputs greatly appreciated .
DrB.

Posts: 1738I doubt there are any shops with Indian girls in Geylang. SWs used to hang out in Lors on opposite side of Geylang Rd, but I believe LE has been discouraging this practice?

Posts: 467You know I have been to Singapore many times, but never ventured over to Geylang or Clarke Quay for that matter. I guess I need to change my methods a little. Thanks I will check it out.

All, I'm very familiar with the scene down in Singapore. I've gone from the old OT / Ipanema days to the new Ipanema and Brix of today. But before OT closed there used to be a few pop up spots in that area where one could find Thai women since the Thai Embassy was so close. Is there any place that has a predominately Thai providers around? I know about the online forum on Telegram that one can book an appointment with Thai women, but I like to "look under the hood" so to speak before I buy something and sometimes just being able to see them in person and getting a better gauge of what attitude they are in goes much further than just looking at a picture.
I'm planning to be back in Singapore mid month in August. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks!
