Firsly, you need to find out what causes ED post pelvic surgery, I mean what were you operated for, and was there a nerve damage or not. I forgot the exact name, but go to Nerul station, search spas near me on google. Shows one at walking distance from station itself. It's on the first floor of a residential building.
