I just add from my part that I have used Tinder many times in Budapest when I was there and so does one of my friends who is older than me. We got a few matches. And I have had a few dates from there but it's more like nice little hobby and nowhere near any gold mine.

There are some who look like prostitutes from first sight and then some other "Instagram posters" who I got matches with but they feel suspicious and I have stayed away from those and so far I have not been scammed.

One very common scam all around the world in Tinder is that your match asks you to move chat or talk to Telegram or some other chat app and then sooner or later you are asked to pay something or sending money for some reason.

Then if you read or have read this board a few months back you see at least two people who have said that they have had success in Seeking, so that is definitely also possible in Budapest too.

Seeking girls are much more expensive, it usually takes a minimum 3 hour date and for example 600 euros. Good thing is they are more likely just regular girls or college girls and not pro's. Doing Seeking just for extra income.

My problem was not due to lack of interest, but rather lack of communication. I'd have a great convo with a girl 10 days away from my trip, only for her to not log in or respond for another 7-8 days. Google translate helps with the site. If you register an account, you can pay about 3000 forint for the month to see reviews on girls that restrict posted reviews.

I would avoid the streetwalkers. They aren't safe.

Area around Szimpla is safe. I can't speak to the streetwalkers.

I do speak some Hungarian and live in Budapest. I was also around from 2006 to 2016 when things were "better. " There is some truth to this, but it's relative. Prices for a lot of things were less back in 2009, but it doesn't count the inflation in Hungary. As an example, a place I was renting back in 2012 for 150,000 forint a month is now at least 450,000.

I will say that there are more "fuller" bodies than 20 years ago. The 25000 forint price I mentioned was a few months ago with a fuller bodied 30 year old.

If you go to a regular bar, Szimpla Kert for example, you would probably be safe. I would warn you to be careful with what happens with your drinks, but this could happen anywhere.

For pros, I would stick with Rosszlanyok or Beszamolok. I tend to favor Rosszlanyok. There are reviews and for women who say that they don't want reviews visible, you can pay a small fee and see them for a month. Multiple new women a day are added or return to the site.

Language is an issue. I know some Hungarian and I find it best to use a greeting in Hungarian before I start in English. Unlike Barcelona where the preference is to use WhatsApp, Hungary tends to favor phone calls. I have used WhatsApp with some and some ads say that they can be contacted this way.

It can help avoid price inflation if they think you don't know the local market. Also, these prices assume that you are visiting the woman's apartment. Price is higher if they come to you. The local market is more built around you going to their place.

Transport in Budapest is relatively inexpensive if you but BKV pass. For example, apartments in the 11th district that seem far on the map may only be 20-40 minutes away depending on where you are staying.

You did not read my post carefully enough. My knowledge of Budapest mongering scene is excellent. I have been fucking working girls in Budapest for a very long time. I am safe anywhere in Budapest because I am a local guy. I know very well what is what in the city.

Prices were really okay till 2018/2019. However, the quality of ordinary girls was worse than in 2014-2016 & of course number of young / beautiful girls was bigger back in 2008/2012.
