The bigger clubs in Germany (like Oase, Sharks, etc) are not the place to go anymore if you look for predictable good service with beautiful girls. Smaller clubs like Sakura, Babylon, etc or one of tha many RTCs could be an option, but they also went downhill the last few years. Globe and the sister clubs in CH are a much better experience IMHO, or Zeuss or Club Elegant. But if you want to try Germany perse, go for the smaller clubs, not the tourist traps.

Prague and many other East EU countries are not the best place for going to (sex) clubs. There you best pickup "normal" girls from bar, restaurant, etc. Good clubs are rare (Neon might be your only choice, or Showpark, but both are not the best in the world I am afraid). Escorts is a possibility, but as you sy: you want to see before you buy!

Best place in EU is then to go Germany, Switzerland or Spain. And 1 or 2 clubs in Southeast NL (close to Germany). There are several good clubs there, with good looking and good performing girl and you can see before you buy. Actually, if you do basic research on local forums you can make pretty much sure you will get a good service in reputable massage parlors like Candy. Bait & switch is not a thing there, most likely the girl was just really sick or whatever else personal reason and did not make it to work. It can happen. Candy has the highest standards of all the Prague saloons and grand majority of their reviews on local forums is positive.
