Never been there before and heard about some of the shootings that've happened there but might go anyway just to check the spot out when I'm back in Tijuana in a few weeks. Chica wanted me to meet her up there. Looked it up online tonight and saw what seems to be a recent pic of the club with a big "Nueva Administracion Proximamente" (new management soon) sign in front of it so I'm assuming it's under new management? Good update BM. The last thing I saw in the news about the place was that some union leader was trying to force the government to open the place back up on behalf of the workers. I had ran into a waiter I knew that use to work at HK but was moved to LCP and when it closed he ended up working in CC.

About the Ticuan. You can avoid the noise from Las Pulgas if you book an interior room. It's about $4 more but insulated on the inside of the hotel and very quiet.
