Sheraton Manila Bay is a decent hotel.....these are GF friendly and didn't have any issues. I cannot speak for Westin, hopefully someone else could chime in.

Sheraton Manila Bay is a decent hotel, and most importantly walking distance (5-7 minutes) from LA Cafe a. K. a Midnight Cafe. The other hotel that I had stayed in the past visit was Diamond Hotel, its a decent hotel as well, and little cheaper (includes pretty decent breakfast buffet) than Sheraton but just that its little dated, but it was a clean hotel. Both of these are GF friendly and didn't have any issues. I cannot speak for Westin, hopefully someone else could chime in.
