Sorry, your question could mean two totally different things. Are you asking if you will GET fs from soaplands, or if you are legally in the clear for banging them at soapland. From what I understand PIV is the only thing that is illegal, and the law doesn't say anything about BJs and anal. Soaplands and Tobita use a loophole in the law which allows PIV on a technicality.
