Since they talk about commercial property and other side of Chimlibach, my best guess is that the new location would down the train tracks a few hundred meters away.

That would be ideal. I was thinking more of the area where the big shopping centre is, and St Tropez gangbang club is located, but I see Chimlibach is just north east of Schwerzenbach station. Currently a 3 min walk from the station, if it turns into 10 mins that's fine.

Only time will tell. He spoke in the latter YouTube videos of looking for a near-Bern site for a new club which sounded like a rival both in size and location to Freubad. Wonder if that has progressed? Also those clubs down south, Iceberg (now J-Club) and Maison Rouge (now merged into one club?). J-Club website reads like something along the lines of Wellcum, a club for Italians across the border with a hotel, but the website shows no photos of the club, wellness ("coming soon" for ages), hotel rooms, girls TP. No way. You can only use your phone in front of the small lockers or in a small room at the end of the changing room that is there for phone usage.
