It also depends a bit on your definition of "public". It would probably be harder to convince a girl to do it openly on one of the sofas in the main hall. What would be easily possible and probably much easier to convince a girl is to do it in one of the rooms downstairs and letting the door open, so people can come in. Or in one of the small cabins on the upper floor or near the bathrooms, or in the summer outside. I think you might more easily find a girl for this and it would also be quite unproblematic.

So a semi-public place (room / cabin with door open) or outside should be pretty easy and it would be totally accepted and no problem at all.

It would be much harder to find a girl who agrees to do it openly in the main hall on the sofas, but even that might be possible. It may be a bit awkward and people / staff would find it a bit strange, but I think no one would tell you to stop.
