It is not huge unless you plan on fucking dudes or a lot of women in the ass bareback. Otherwise you are just wasting your money and wrecking your body. Also you are supposed to start taking it 7 days before it is effective. So if you are going to buy it when you travel, you will waste an entire week waiting for the medicine to take hold before fucking said folks in the ass (or they you).

Pulse Clinic was recommended to me by a WG from Bada Bing / Radio City in PatPong. She is smart as she uses PREP all the time. In Thailand (like in Europe) everyone can get PREP. You just need a consultation first (HIV test, and questions / test regarding kidney) and then you get the 4 (or so) month PREP. Just in Thailand it is much cheaper than France. Forgot about the cost of the consultation. Maybe EUR 10 incl. Rapid HIV test. Each 30 PREP were EUR 33 and each 10 PEP were EUR 8. It took 30 minutes and I had 6 x30 PREP and 80 PEP.

Yes. Soi 6 has rooms above the bar, but I also prefer my hotel (Hilton Pattaya is great, especially the front-facing suites. But barfines / minimum consumption are quite high), and the frequency of uncovered in Thailand (at least for me) was almost as high as in Angeles. I very much prefer PatPong over Nana, as you find more younger / slim girls. Forget about the other places in BKK.

Thailand is the only real alternative I know of to AC. It's certainly nicer there, and better food. It's been decades since I've been to Patpong, how is it these days? My last trip to Pattaya was eight years ago and I've never been to Soi 6. Isn't it just go upstairs for covered ST? I like how in AC I take the girl home, and it's easy to get uncovered.

However, I like 2 alternatives. The show only starts a bit later (8 pm), but I prefer the selection, hygiene and even passion of girls at these 2 places:

1. BKK PatPong with the adjacent LeMeridien.

2. Pattaya Soi6 with the Hilton at 15 minutes walk away.

I get my PReP and PEP at the Pulse Clinic in BKK. Supereasy and cheap; in particular compared to France, where I bought it before. They give you 90-120 pills at once.

Thanks for the shout out Fred11 and I'm glad you had a successful trip. Yeah, AC is good and it's easy. I devoted only four or five hours a day to the hobby. In that time I visited multiple venues, scoped out many girls, identified the ones I was interested in, picked one, took her home for boom boom, then in bed by 10 or 11 pm. For all the complaining here, where else can you do that? Please let me know, because I'd prefer to spend time in a nicer place. But AC has has many venues, and it's so easy.

It's tough to find good Clark flights. MNL is so much more convenient and cheaper. Supposedly CRK is a better airport, although I think every airport is better than MNL.

I have fallen in love with a sweet dolly bird who works in Viking and who has recently arrived from Samar with her two skin tight red dresses, leaving her two babies behind with her mom, who probably worked this beat back in the day. She speaks no English which is good as there is nothing to say beyond where you from, where you stay. She is sweet and doe-like and lives in the same street as me, as does her mate, who looks tough as nails and more hardened than steel.

Another option for those going straight to Angeles from NAIA is Genesis. Some may turn their nose up at catching a bus but its final stop is across the road from ABC. Very convenient.

I prefer the genesis bus any time over any private transportation method including a Vegas style limo. Comfy, safe, fast and cheap. I emphasize SAFE, less chances of dying. Do not forget the only rule of driving in the PH which I posted it a while ago: You go where you need to go. The rest of the danger still there, but you mitigate it wherever possible.
