My income is 5 x-8 x the average Panamanian. That alone changes the dynamics. These ladies are experts in reading people. It is their livelihood. They assess your fingernails, shoes, jewelry, haircut, clothes, smell, accent / word choice, aura. All in seconds / minutes.

They know the difference between a cab driver, local Finance manager, and an international traveler. I value experiences over bottom-dollar pricing. I negotiate to maximize value, gain additional access, customization and sometimes exclusivity. My negottiation is more about tailoring things for me, getting access that others can't. More relationship-based negotiation. My TLNs are normally in the $150 - $250 range. I should also add that although I look Panamanian, I am not fluent in Spanish. Hey Swash thanks for your advice, I have a similar view when it comes to picking up the girl for the deed. Vibes must be great, no rush from her side to close the deal and physical touch in the 10 minutes we met.

For the past few days I went to Sortis Casino to try again and see if I could grab someone. First night I went was nearly empty since it was holidays and the few women there were gathered with some other mongers so it was dead, the few women I found were not to my liking. The following night was better, there were around 10 to 15 women that sat around the bar area. Started chatting with an older woman but generally nice. She quoted me 120 to 150 an hour, we spent chatting some minutes but I was turned off by her aggressiveness to chase a deal. So it did not happen. The next lady I chatted to was very hot for me. She was a paisa and very young girl with a big ass. We started the convo and after 10 minutes she quoted me 250 for just one hour. The other thing I felt was that she was a dead fish in bed, how did I noticed? To my surprise she realized things were going sour with me, so she herself tried lowering her price but I told her that it didn't matter anyways. Another interesting fact I learned is that majority of these women share an apartment with various girls since rent is very high in Panama, to try and split the costs. Almost all of them fly from Colombia to here to get the big bucks in dollars and then fly back to their home country and spend their money. So if one wants to get the best local prices one must fly there. In the next days I might try to go again at the casino scene to find a TLN but to be honest that shit is taking more effort than money.

I haven't been to Tijuana but have been to SJO and PC. I agree with others that SJO sucks and PC is great. I had a blast on my last trip PC. PC is a real city with all the modern infrastructure you expect in the US. Also, it overall is a safe place. Good dining, good bars, good US dollar, cheap Ubers and places to stay. You don't have to deal with the arm pit of centro SJO or people taking advantage because you are a gringo. I am going to Medellin in two weeks for the first time so I will have another comparison. Also, if you can afford it, I recommend St Martin. It's a tropical Caribbean island with 5-6 chica houses. Get your sunny beach vacation and mongering at the same time with Columbianas.

Yes, the Yoo Tower has a reception desk you have to walk by to get to the elevators and there is security. However, they gave me no problems. Enjoy!

San Diego now has non stop flights to Panama City on Copa Airlines. If you're short on time and money just go to Tijuana. But if you have 3 nights minimum and some bankroll; Go South.

Panama City is far safer and cleaner with Casinos, better restaurants, 5 Star Hotels, sightseeing, Deep sea fishing, Island Hopping and more to do than in Tijuana. Colombian woman which are everywhere in Panama City rank 10 on the Chicameter. Tijuana is easier and cheaper no doubt. But if your adventurous and have the time trust me you won't be disappointed.

Hello, writing this overdue report and will also include my thoughts on Tijuana and San Jose since someone else asked about it. It was my first time going to Panama in May 2025 last year and I loved it! Downtown Panama is only 20 minute ride from the airport. I stayed at Ticuan hotel. I am a 37 year old Chinese guy from usa. I went to sortis casino my first night and saw like 5 girls in the bar area. I hung out and declined this dark skinned girl. She came back up to me very politely and not aggressive and this time I bought her a drink and brought her to Ticuan. We stopped at a convenience store for beer and ice. She stayed until 7 am and I gave her 5. It was a fun experience because we were playing drinking games all night. The next day I checked La Bocatera or whatever it is and oh my god, what an experience. I haven't seen anything quite like it, it is a dark, kind of run-down bar with two rooms and a big bar in each room. There were like 50 girls and 25 guys, yo it was only 15 dollars for 15 minutes LOL the room was awful worst room ever with just a toilet and a crappy mattress. I had to experience it so I just picked a random girl and did the deed, she was fine. That night I went to ocean sun casino and I was surprised there were no girls. I was at the bar. Then at 7 pm, a door opens and about 25-30 girls walk to the bar, a handful of them sat right next to me but didn't engage. After 5 minutes, a waiter came over and told them to give me space since he saw I was not talking to them. They definitely take care of their patrons. Anyway, I was playing poker and this girl who was making faces with me and showed a ton of enthusiasm for me, I told her later then when I finished (lost) in poker, by the way they only had one table going and it was all sharks. I brought her to Ticuan and she was a lot of fun. I also went to a massage parlor during the day and I hit up a Panescort. This was in about 3 days time. I think Tijuana still wins for easy access, comparatively better prices, decent variety of Mexicanas, and quick finds and best is walk-in heaven if you are near San Diego.

PTY my experience has been great, dig through this forums and you will see reports to source your chicas mostly colombians, Venezuelans and its mostly priced 150 plus.

SJO I will let others chime in as I don't have any experience.
