Couple of screenshots from the app attached. Notice on each one, Grab Cars were available in Makati, but not Grab Taxis. As discussed before, a Grab Taxi is a regular white taxi (has a meter, which the driver will use) with a large green "G" in one of the rear passenger windows. These bars have been reviewed extensively in the past month, including Bottoms. There is rarely movement on the barfine amount unless there has been a real slowdown in foot traffic or barfining for several nights or more. I will be in Manila 5 nights, at the beginning I thought about spending few days in Manila and few day in some other place but after reading a lot seniors thread I realized if it is only for a short trip it is better stay at one place and have as fun as possible.

My reasons to book City grand garden is. It is closest to P. Burgos st, it is GF friendly and also as phil mentioned few times earlier they do check the girls ID and make sure I am safe.

I have already created a profile on PL and I will buy the subscription just before I reach there so that I do not have any hassle sending messages. I plan to make arrangements with a few in PL but I will not put my complete trust on PL as there are many chances of no show. I plan to fix any dates in the morning and check whether it works out or not. And in the evening I plan to go and explore the streets, bars and FL.

Either of the City Garden hotels are girl friendly so you won't have a problem.

Set your PL so it shows your current location and your phone will start getting lots of messages from Makati girls. Look out for the ones who want to chat via WhatsApp. Although PL will give you a warning, WhatsApp will be where you'll be doing your negotiating. Just say you're "up for fun".

Don't be afraid to just block them on PL or WhatsApp if they don't suit your price range or are too demanding. There will be another one.

As for FL's on the streets, most will have a set of testicles and only offer a BJ. If that doesn't worry you, then go for it.

But there are some quality FL's with a vagina to be found in Makati. Especially later at night when they need to make some cash. You'll find the Ladyboys all have the same accent. I generally tit check everything from above just to make sure.

I can't really speak for the 'seniors' but I'd say we've all made mistakes along the way, but you learn from them. I still am after multiple, multiple visits. So don't get down on yourself if you get 'ripped off' or 'taken for a ride' - so to speak. At any stage. We all live and learn.

Additionally, not one trip I've had has gone to plan. And that's not exactly a bad thing. There will be many joyful surprizes along the way.

The Phils is always a learning experience. And an opportunity to assist those poorer than yourself and feel good doing so.
