You can travel to your hotel from the airport using Uber, and then change money near your hotel. I am using my US credit cards for many transactions (apart from paying ladies).

The way you wrote this, it comes across like you need to be wealthy or something. At least that's what I think of when I think about "having money", which I equate with being "rich". But, you don't even need to be rich to be able to afford Scandallo, at least not by North American standards anyway. I would say that if you're middle class comfortable (you work for a living or you're comfortably retired, you easily pay all of your bills every single month, you always have significant disposable income), then you can easily afford to play at a Scandallo type of club. You don't have to be rich to go there and enjoy it. To the max! I mean if you're middle class, mongering in places like Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates will strain your budget far more than mongering most anywhere in Brazil will, including at Scandallo. I consider myself to be upper middle class and stay away from the former two destinations. In Switzerland, I felt like I was paying way too much to get what I wanted. Anyway, according to my definition of what it means to "have money", you don't need to be "rich" to pleasurably patronize Scandallo. And you can take that to the bank!
