About Argentina (I last visited back in 2019 but stay in touch with friends local friends), the game is incall or out call, they are independent escorts. The good thing is that agencias and scams are not as common. In regards to the rest of South America, Colombia used to be my favorite. I loved the Medellin Mansion, and went several times. THAT was a quality venue. I already have downsized in that I live in one of the cheapest areas in the north of the UK property prices wise, but if you leave the house empty you still have to pay a property tax of around 1400 a year. That can double if they (local government) decide that your house is officially empty. The weather here is awful the south is much better but expensive. 'Healthcare' is 'free' on the NHS well I paid enough taxes over the years. I just don't think the UK has any future for it and can only see things getting worse, higher tax and more expensive. As Steve says, Portugal has a nice climate, perfect in fact and is cheaper than Spain. Plenty of Brazilians there. Property / real estate is expensive though, as are rents. Spain yes it has a scene but it seems expensive as taxes are high and it is no longer cheaper than the UK to live there.
