Hi,
I heard oral dams are good barriers when we want to do DATY. I used loovara oral dams in Europe.
Has anyone used oral dams in India, if yes please suggest some good ones and where can those be ordered online
I see amazon delivers oral dams to India through international shipping, has anyone ordered products from other than India in amazon, if yes will customs call us for verification and fees?
Any info on this is highly appriciated.
Thanks.

What is T gel? I have heard of injections but not a gel to boost your T. What was your T levels and free T levels? Were you experiencing ED symptoms as well? I'm not sure if this is the correct diagnosis for PE. Tadalafil and T gel is for Ed, not PE

It's 1-2 min which comes in the scope of PE diagnosis from a medical point of view. IMO there is no cure for it, you just have to experiment and try different methods to see which works best.

Personally ejaculating sometime before deed does not work for me. It is hard to keep tool erected which just spoils the mood during encounter. IMO, 12 minutes is solid amount of time and you should not worry much.

Visited Dr. Shashidhar in Indiranagar. He did couple of tests, testosterone levels came slightly below average. He prescribed Patinex, tadalafil, and a testosterone gel for a period of 20 days. Will update in the forum if there is any improvement after completing this course.

Dear friends,
While rimming is a fetish which many of the mongering friends like. However, you should also know some risks associated with it.
While rare, rimming (oral-anal contact) can potentially lead to an anal fistula if it results in a severe bacterial infection or sexually transmitted infection (STI) that causes an anal abscess.
A fistula is an abnormal, tunnel-like connection that often develops after an abscess (a pus-filled infection) in the anal glands fails to heal properly.
How Rimming Can Lead to Fistulas.
Bacterial Transmission: Rimming can transmit bacteria (such as E. Coli or Salmonella) from the feces to the mouth, or vice-versa. If these bacteria introduce a severe infection into the anal glands, it can cause an abscess.
STIs: Infections like syphilis, chlamydia, and HIV can cause proctitis (rectal inflammation) or anal ulcers, which may lead to abscesses and subsequent fistula formation.
Tissue Damage: Although rimming is generally considered low-risk, the anal lining is thin and sensitive. Any existing trauma, fissures, or weakened skin can become infected.
Symptoms of an Anal Fistula.
If a fistula develops, you might experience:
Persistent, throbbing pain near the anus.
Skin irritation, redness, and swelling.
Pus or blood draining from an opening near the anus.
Fever or fatigue.
Risk Reduction.
Use Barriers: Using dental dams or barrier protection when engaging in rimming can significantly lower the risk of transmitting bacteria or STIs.
Hygiene: Wash the anal area with soap and water before sexual activity.
Avoid Activity if Infected: Avoid rimming if you or your partner has signs of a stomach bug (diarrhea), or active cold sores / STI lesions.
If you experience persistent anal pain, swelling, or drainage, you should see a healthcare professional, as fistulas often require medical or surgical treatment.

Recommend taking a consult with a doc over a practo call. He will ask about the details and will give you PrEP. Take it and stick to the routine for 30 days. Don't worry and be calm. The sooner you get it done the better you will feel. Physically and mentally. You can order the medicine through apps and plus he will also give a prescription over the app.
Don't be anxious and be calm.
Thanks.

Posts: 13I recommend doing B2B and avoiding FS for this reason. As long as you don't go in and can be satisfied with the rubbing your dick nearby, your risk is zero with (not much) reduction in pleasure. Definitely not worth the risk to me!

You need to relax and observe your body. Something that can happen due to old cum or you did not masturbate for long then that liquid can come.

Also masturbate less and see if things get better. If there was any STD there would be visible sign of boil or rashes or something. Rest don't worry much.
If there ic some puss or some discharge which is different in color then you should consult doctor.
You can go for online consultation easily available.

You should take a chill pill. While its good to be protected and cautious but if it happened then don't stress on it.

Posts: 60I had a similar exp last year, during B2B (with oil) I couldn't control and being horny, it was my mistake I put it inside & she didn't bother to say anything and did bang for 1 minute until my mind took control and had it take it out. I had next few months of hell without sleep and worry. Luckily it was all good after the test.

Hi, I am looking for some advice here.
I (late 30's) have started experiencing premature ejaculation frequently these days. I am avg built and healthy however not much cardio / physical activity these days.
Initially, I thought it was due to my sex mood / eager and since didn't cum for last few days, but it has become a regular occurrence. In recent experiences, I've only lasted about 1–2 minutes, or I had to stop and take it out every few seconds to maintain control. If I was semi drunk I did last longer but doesn't work all the time or can drink and drive to meet.
So -.
1) What is considered the normal or average duration for intercourse before ejaculation?
2) Does ejaculating a few hours before a date actually help? I've tried this in the past, but I found it lowered my overall mood and drive for the actual encounter.
3) Are there specific sprays, creams, or pills that are recommended for improving stamina?
Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
