To me it is pretty obvious, but evidently it is not so obvious to some people, even after they have spent an hour and a half with one. This guy was not the type (that I know of) who would do that kind of thing and I seriously doubt he would have proudly announced his conquest as he did had he actually known it was a dude. So I am sorry for thinking you guys who can not tell are full of shit.

Your friend's 'lady' has the shoulders of an NFL star quarterback. Even if he did not know that she was a he when he picked her up outside 808, surely, he noticed her equipment was not standard issue for women when he fucked her in his room. My buddy wanted to go to the beach on the island the next day. I told him that it would be best to find a chick when we are at one of the discos and when he takes her with him to advise her that he wants her to go to the island with him in the morning. Then stop by her place to get her clothes before they go in. He thought that the beach would be crawling with chicks and there was no need to do that. I told him it does not work like that here. Trust the process.

About 4:30 am I was ready to take it in because I would have to get up at 9 am so we could get the 10 am boat to the island. I messaged one of the chicks I had met at Myst to come stay with me. We have to wake up in 2 hours, so just get something when we leave. She kept pestering me about eating, but I just ignored her and fell asleep. On the way to the pier I stopped at my street chicken place and got enough for 4 people. I had them put it back into the grease to double fry it and make it hot. We got to the pier at 9:45 and my buddy had not shown yet so I bought the tickets for the ferry (30 baht / person). I am like dude where the hell are you. The boat does not wait. He finally got there but he did not have a girl with him. Oh well.

We got to the boat just in time and I rationed out the chicken. He was on videocall with his mom talking about the Knicks and telling her he did not know the chicken would be that good. I do not know why people have such a hard time trusting me. I had bought like 16 pieces for 180 baht. After all that hungry stuff the chick was saying before bed, she did not even want any chicken. She said the ice coffee she had gotten at 7 was good enough. We got to the island and took the baht bus to Tien Beach, 40 baht / person.

We trekked to my usual spot and got 3 chairs under the umbrellas for 100 baht each. I went to the bar to get a cocktail, but the chick did not want anything. Two teenage boys were running the bar. I was speaking with them in Thai and they saw my Thai drivers license and thought I was Thai. They asked were I was from and I said Bangkok. They really got a kick out of that.

We left in time to get the 5 pm boat back to the mainland. When we got to the room at 6 pm I told old girl she could shower first. When she came out I went in. When I came out she was in the bed. I was like what the fuck because I was ready to take her home. But instead I got in the bed and we fucked and fell asleep. We woke up at 11 pm and I told her I would take her home. She was definitely ready to stay. I thought to myself that the chick had really been cool so I would break her off 2000 baht. I dropped her home and she was like where is my 1500 baht. I scanned her phone and sent 1500 baht to her account.

A couple of days later, I was riding down Soi Honey and had to stop because of traffic in front of me. Some ladyboy came up and slapped me on my back. That shit stung for like 5 minutes. So for guys that can not tell, here is another thing you can add to your arsenal when you are not sure. Just have the person pat you on the back. If it is a lady then you will hardly feel it. Freelancer scene: Nightclubs (the dancing type) are stock full of freelancers from 1 am - 6 am. Beach road is full of bottom dollar street meat every single night. Dating apps is stock full of freelancers. Pattaya is probably top 3 globally when it comes to sheer volume of freelancers.

Cost: It varies widely. For bottom dollar street meat on Beach Road and some dating sites = 1500 baht (plus / minus 500). For nightclub freelancer = 2000 baht (plus / minus 1000). These are all ST. I have zero experience negotiating LT upfront. I get LT organically after a solid ST session. In that case, I will normally add another 1000 - 1500 baht. LT is extremely complex for a first timer to the scene in Pattaya. A good portion of these ladies have some sort of mental or life issues so trying to have her stay with you for 6+ hours with multiple sessions is a recipe for disaster and waisted time. LT is great when you have chemistry and it is all mutual. Money can't buy chemistry.

Cost. Honrable Mention: I left out Gogo, bar, GC ladies since most of them are not technically freelancers since they work out of an establishment..

Good info but a few questions. I like sessions that are multi pop. The first two pops sex (covered) and the two more BBBJCIM. I like 3 hour sessions. (I'm 71 and yes 4 pops not a problem).

These types will be 4000 - 10000 baht.

How Long: ST is normally one pop. Maybe 1-2 hours. LT is all night and they normally leave in the morning or afternoon. Another caution on LT in the rare case you find one that you have great chemistry with. It might be challenging to get her up and out of your room before noon. A problem if you have shit to do or just want to be alone.

How much should I expect them to ask for: Depends. How do you look, how old are you, how are you groomed, Is she attracted to you, Does she have 1 or more sponsors already helping her out monthly, how does she look, what time of the day or night is it. I think you get the picture. I would be prepared to spend 2000 - 5000 baht depending on many factors.

And still I was turned away last night when I saw a huge screen in the first bar in Treetown showing Champion league live. They asked me what I wanted and I said "watch football" and they said "no have maybe you can try the next bar". Well I went to the bar across. Ended up playing bar games and buying ladydrinks to girls and forgot football.

But I guess some bars have too many customers even they seem empty.

Bars in high traffic areas may have plenty of business year-round. But there aren't many of those.

And it is true that bars in low traffic areas do poorly in Low Season every year. The question is the quantity of customers in the lower traffic areas like Soi Chaiyapoon, Sois 7 and 8 and similar places.

About once a month, I walk down Soi Chaiyapoon to see the new bars, there's always at least one new bar every month. I was shocked this month to see "new" bars that have already closed.

BTW, there has been a quasi-scam going on since Covid concerning bars: a guy will open a new bar at the start of High Season, and in January sell it to a sucker. By June 1, the bar is empty, and the sucker can't give it away, the rent is too high to ever make a profit.

Shocked why? Everybody knows there is a glut of bars, massage shops, weed shops, tattoo shops, etcetera here. The only thing that shocks me is that people keep throwing their money away on that bullshit. Grand opening; grand closing.

Been saying it for years! More money than brains and add that to the ego's! But to each their own! I'm glad they are stupid enough to continue to open them gives us all something to experience before it closes. This also keeps the balloon chasers happy?

There is this farang owner he must have so deep pockets, I think the building is brought by him through a Thai, he has had this bar / building for sometime, from passing it is his 3rd attempt to renovate the place, each time he barely gets a customer a week? Girls are outside playing with their phone, talent isn't anything to stop for, This time he is doing renovation to the entire building I see the pool table is still there so my assumption it is going to continue to be a bar?

One quirk: Soi 6 will be okay, due to its dependence on Korean whales. That's a long term problem, not a 3 month killer.
