Its pretty much hit and miss I usually go on Thursdays around 2 pm And enter at ped east. It has gone from 2 minute wait to 15 minutes. Last week I entered on a Saturday early afternoon and was expecting the worst. Even though the line seemed kind of long. They had all booths manned and only waited 15 - 20 minutes.

Thanks man. I think I'm going to take a shot at pedwest, as I'll get to the border around 3 pm a few Fridays from now. I'll shoot you a note a week before to see if we can get the band back together.

The above was largely the story. Girls sticking to $120, many asking $150. Some as high as $200. But most were at $120, none willing to discuss BBBJ. Now, there is one caveat: I do not speak Spanish, and many did not speak English, so this may have been a major headwind to getting BBBJs.

Overall, not sure it's worth the trip down from LA. Just a lot of unattractive women, a lot of hassles, not a ton of satisfaction. Not terrible, could be a lot worse, but, not great.

I just went to HK over the weekend and had the same experience as you described. I will never go back.

Made several long overdue pilgrimages to the Hong Kong over the past month, here's a summary of events and observations:

Arrived Thursday afternoon, check-in was not too bad, nobody in line thankfully. Got a standard twin bed room that was clean, all good there.

Walked into the club at around 4 pm, was disappointing. Not that many hot girls, a lot of women that were heavier set, tattooed, older, not appealing to me. I got a beer, took up a seat in the periphery to watch.

Into the evening, hotter women finally showed up, but, not to any significant degree.

Sitting upstairs overlooking the main stage, I grabbed several cute women, tipped them singles so they would grind against me and I could grope their asses and tits. They were thrilled with this paid arrangement. Then the meseros harassed me for drinks. Terrible. Yes I get the biz model, but so annoying. I bought beers for the girls (none really protested, only one mentioned wine, which I immediately shot down, and she STFU'd). I then tried to negotiate BBBJs, and they all said no..

Ugh I hate it when the hot ones burn you in the room! Over time I have gotten better at screening out GPS. Still get burned every now and then, but hey, that's the game.

It's much worse at Pedeast. If you are able to cross during the hours that Pedwest is open, I definitely recommend it.

Well I seem to remember people here complaining about both, or maybe that just has to do with them asking for a passport.

The news that I mentioned came from an article I read recently. I'll post the link, it seems to be only talking about PedEast since PedWest is only open going into Tijuana later in the day.

I don't use it but if you go to Otay the Ped wait will be much shorter just have to pay more to get a taxi / Uber to take to towards Centro.

Well on this particular occasion I arrived before 12 pm so the drive into Tijuana was very easy. Now if you cross during the week between 4 and 7 it might be a longer wait since everyone is coming home from work especially on Fridays. But from the news I hear the line walking in can be an hour or more also so for me it's easier to drive in.

I usually use a place right across the border just past where the taxis line up to pick up people. The place I use charges by the hour or a flat rate for 24 hours of $7 or 140 pesos. It's very secure and has a person on the lot at all times. I know in the past of friends that also used to park at Pueblo Amigo and it is safe as well.

As far as returning I have Sentri so from where I park it's very easy to pull out and get in line unless it happens to be backed up. Then I just drive to where the end of the line is.

As a local Gringo, my two cents. Parking and driving in Tijuana is super easy, but. If you park near Hong Kong your chances of being pulled over is 10 X in the two block radius. The parking at the Tican Hotel is safe and and cheap and you don't have to stay there. Then it is a safe easy stroll for 15 minute down Revolution and into the zone which is entertaining as well.

I'm curious on the details of you parking on the Tijuana side, few questions. How was the drive into Tijuana, and was there a safe place in Tijuana that you normally park your car, how is the line crossing back into the US.

Visited HK in the late afternoon early evening and it had been a very long time that I have visited at that time but the selection of young (under 25) thin girls was the best I'd seen in a long time. Not sure if it's because of the WC and girls thinking more guys are visiting or they are girls that are on summer vacation. The girls were all wearing little outfits from different countries playing in the WC which was a nice change, not sure if they are doing this every day or if this was a special occasion. I know on X they are advertising the WC games a lot and when Mexico plays they are doing special giveaways.

Also I took the shuttle back and my car was parked on the Tijuana side. The driver told us that the border was just ahead when we exited the van but I went to the right towards my car. So as he was going past me the driver stopped and tried to inform me that the border was the other way. So I told him thanks but my car was actually parked where I was going. Just wanted to let others know that most HK employees are very helpful and looking out for you.

They have way too many women working. They could cut the number in half, and it would be a lot better. And obviously, by cut the women in half I mean part ways with the women who really should not be scantily clad, women who are frankly unattractive (not naming any names, but, there were tons of heavy, massively tattooed, ugly women). The club should have at least some standards as to whom they hire, and apparently they have none. There just seemed to be oceans of very unattractive women clogging up the club. Massive buzz kill.

They have a good, loud music system, and they occasionally play good music, which really sets the vibe. But they have this Wayne Newton look-alike idiot, with a microphone, walking around, screeching into it, ruining the music. Many times throughout, they were playing iconic songs like Eurythmics Sweet Dreams and Tears for Fears Shout, Guns Civil War, Duran Duran etc. , and this ass-clown would be shrieking into the microphone just ruining the music. Why! Why ruin an otherwise great thing?* Guy was so incredibly frustrating. Horrible little Wayne Newton imbecile.

The meseros so often killed what could be a great experience. Yes, I understand the biz model. What would make the club a lot better: Charge a $30 fee to everyone to enter. This would allow you to grab cute women and tip them and grope them without being hassled, and it would cut down on the loser guys who are just taking up space. And it's not like I ain't going to be buying a ton of drinks. Economics would be much better for the club. Hell, make it $50, get rid of the heavy ugly women, and I'm there all day every day.

It is so frustrating to sit and watch between sessions upstairs, and see the really hot women rarely if ever dance on stage, and if they do, they don't get naked! How is this allowed? Again, if this place operated more as a strip club, with hot women getting completely naked, I am there a lot more often. (Yes, I know some cuties, maybe most, dance, and many get topless, and some cuties do get fully naked, but they are the severe minority, sadly).

They have really nice, massive flat-screen video screens. Why on Earth are they playing sports, video games, and God knows what, as opposed to porn! Has anyone here ever heard of the LE Grand Prix (club, in outskirts of Montreal) from ages ago? If they played porns, it would be awesome! They would see a massive uptick in business activity, because people would be a lot hornier.

Overall, The Hong Kong could be, should be, so much better.
