It's a bit late, but let me post a follow-up report.

It was indeed hard to find a deliheru that would join me in the private onsen. *Getting an outcall to come out to Arima onsen was not a problem. So two basic approaches: attempt to book an onsen pink companion and hope that eventually leads to sexual services or book an escort for sexual services and try to see her at an onsen. It seems to me that the latter approach is more likely to lead to success.

For the former approach however, this site does have a listing for Arima, it says "We do not sell companion packs, but we can make separate arrangements, so please contact us. " Could be worth a try.

Now for the more promising approach. You won't find a derihreu shop near Arima, it looks like it's in a fairly remote area on the Kobe outskirts. I can't remember exactly how I chose the places I used, but if you go back and read my detailed reports from the 2018 and 2019 trips you will get a good idea. Back then there weren't as many options available to foreigners as there are now, but even then the situation seemed to be much better than it had when I first visited Japan in 2014. No doubt I read some lists of places that were foreigner friendly by googling and reading some articles and reviews.

Between the two places you linked to, I have no idea which is better or if the more expensive one (which I have never heard of) would give a better experience for the higher price. And please keep in mind that my sample size with the jukujo show was only one. The only thing I can feel safe guaranteeing is that a woman from that site will be at least as old as advertised. Beyond that YMMV.
