This time, I came to Tokyo again for a business trip.

But everyone is supposed to pass one of those three criteria, because it is how they filter out cheap bums and people who don't understand or follow rules.
The first time to any oppai pub, I would always use Manzoku. The reason is, there is such a ymmv factor to entry for reasons that have nothing to do with you. If it's 10pm, some shops are jam packed and they won't take a single new customer Japanese or foreigner. Or if they would, they're not going to prioritize foreigners. During high season, they prioritize locals too. I couldn't get into some shops that I could before for these reasons, even though a week later I could again.
If you use Manzoku, they will speed dial that shop and say "I have a Japanese speaking foreigner can we send him?" and they get a yes or no in seconds. Sometimes, the reply is "Yes but the wait is 20 minutes" and then I say yes or no to that. Or, they'll say "We have a foreigner who speaks no English, can we send him?" They might ask back your race / nationality if you don't speak Japanese.
Each shop makes the call on the spot based on how busy they are and their own policy. Manzoku is very knowledgeable about every shop. Other "free info booths" aren't so knowledgeable or professional. Manzoku's shop theme is a bat, and there are two shops in Kabukicho. Remember, do not talk with any black / Nigerian tout in Kabukicho. They are offering rip off shops targeting foreigners.
2nd Timer Entry to Oppai PubS
Nearly every oppai pub has a rule that if you've been there before as a guest, you can visit again. No matter your race no and matter if you speak zero Japanese. Even if they normally block those things otherwise. This is because Japanese locals will invite business partners to HOS to loosen up. To HOS, those are ideal customers who have money, buy the girls drinks, and might even fall in love with a girl for their jackpot. HOS does not want curious lookie-loos and tourist types. They want businessmen who love to play with Japanese women, including foreigners who have common sense and manners. Normal people with money are welcome.

Japanese for Oppai Pub Entry
On average, it doesn't take a whole lot of Japanese to enter an oppai pub. Luxe, Sweater Moon, and some others have full instructions in English. I've known people with 3-6 months of Japanese who even got into other oppai pubs that 'require Japanese', probably because it was super slow the day they tried. But it seems like 1-3 years of Japanese is a kind of the midpoint where your success rate shoots up.
This is very ymmv. There are plenty examples of one shop where a guy with minimal Japanese could get in while another who could speak a lot more couldn't. It also changed over the years where I saw reports people couldn't get into one shop even though I knew for a fact a zero Japanese speaker could get in years before. This can be seasonal or an actual policy change. To solve this, I use the Manzoku station. They call the shop and perfectly know if they'll take you or not because the shop gives their word on it.
Attached are 6 photos of the route to Manzoku, including the Famimart at the start of Kabukicho-Sakuradori street. The red rectangle is Manzoku. You can actually see Luxe from Manzoku. There will be black / nigerian touts around but you can just walk past them and into Manzoku. They only bother with people who stop and talk with them so just ignore them. I see even toddlers and babies in strollers push past them, so truly their only goal is to talk people into following them into a rip off shop. That's it. Next is a photo of the entryway to Leicester. The elevator is alllll the way in the back. Next is the elevator for Hosekinobako, note the big O in their logo. It's the 11th floor. Next two are scenes typical of an oppai pub. One is from SAME-145 with Haruhi moka, it's a hostess club but the setup is actually similar to Luxe. Don't bother with champagne, just say 'maybe next time' (don't say 'next time', no promises).
Even though the last image sums up how it is (you can just look left and right at the club and see others do it), every girl is different. A few girls I vibed with and got way more, even though "they're not supposed to". The only hard rule is no playing with their pussy or sex. Just foreplay.
