La Paz doesn't have too many massage and he places. And if you are coming from USA I wouldn't recommend that service. La Paz has great options from independents at 350 BS. Anything more is a very restricted experience from a girl who doesn't frequent. Figueroa is very low tier and cheap spot and not worth IMO. There are better places close to it but still very busy to get in.

I was in Centro and got into a cab, I asked for a "burdel" with Google Translator. He took me to calle Figueroa on the bend near Avenida America. It's a busy street with people eating on the side of the street across the road from the brothels.
