An average person may earn, say, $1500-2500 per week, so spending $50-60 for little 'adventure' should be ok, as much as we earn about INR 18 k / month spend INR. 1500-2500 for 'relaxing' once in a while.

If you had compared UK, then we cannot afford. LOL. On other hand, one cannot compare the quality betwween India and West (good or bad).
