It is probably trauma. Should go away in a few hours or a day. No reason to get tested. Only if you have some symptoms (they would be very noticeable), there is a reason to get tested. For bacterial infections, a single dose of Azithromycin (1 gm) and a 2 week course of doxycycline (100 MG) twice a day should do the trick. This would cover the whole spectrum of bacterial STDs. You should be able to get these from any chemist. Syphilis is going extinct in India. Other infections like gonorrhea and chlamydia are very easily treated with the antibiotics. Picking up HIV is a lot harder than people imagine. Just use condoms and you wouldn't get any of the above. You definitely will not get any infection from HJ and B2 B. Herpes is more a viral skin infection than a STD. Bad luck if you get it. But, it can be very easily managed with antivirals. If you want help, checkout medhelp forum where real doctors answer all sorts of STD related questions. There is too much unnecessary paranoia on the internet.

The reason could be:

1. Tight undergarments.

2. To much shagging / masturbation.

Please get tested for STD. It can possibly be any of these. Chlamydia or gonorrhea, or orchitis. Often caught unknowingly. If I were you would refrain from sex with spouse till results come clean.
