Cebu (Philippines) would be better than Latin America, which can be very dangerous unless you are familiar with the culture and can speak Spanish fluently. Some learnings for the newbies who visit the club scene like S mall:

Dangerous if you don't speak Spanish. Going to have same issues if you have dark skin. Consider Cebu (Philippines) instead. Closer, cheaper, lots of young pretty chicks.
