So following up on my post earlier in the week with a visit to sp t s den. Tasted an Uzbek bird, photo attached. Overall a good experience. Just returned from my regular SP (Shelly) after paying a visit to the attached bird. Braved 4 hours of Delhi traffic for a sub par experience. Chick is at least 5 shades darker and she looks like she ate the girl in the picture. Though I like them sturdy but this one was completely roly poly with more tyres than the Michelin man.
