I think you did not RTFF well. There is enough information available on cost of mongering in Japan. One hour with a girl from Tokyo Hentai club or Paradise in Kawasaki will cost you 27000 yen or 230 $. A visit to gajjin friendly soapland will cost you about 20000 yen per hour or 90 minutes. I agree with AussieGaigin. Many business hotels with small lobby are not easy to take girl in.
