I know you and NN think a report is worthless without a name attached but I think the experience in an appointment has as much to do with the chemistry in the room and general caliber of the agency as it does with the particular attitude of the girl. When you start to consider unknowable factors (did she have a good day before seeing you or not?) I think its better to be general. I could see all of my E77 recommendations going very differently depending on the client's behaviour / looks alone.
