Very first thing I am alone, is it safe to travel alone with out doing any crazy stuff except girl to my room. And which is best Pattaya or Bangkok.

Stayed at Majestic suites on Sukhumvit just around the corner from Nana plaza. Rooms were okay, clean, decent shower.

That place used to be really cheap when it first opened and everything was new. They charge too much now and the rooms are older. It's still ok, but nothing compared to it's past great value.

I bought my in airport. It is easy, you can find several shops. It is a little expensive than the shop in downtown, but you have the phone works right away and you can make phone call to your friend to pick you up. It is worth it.
